In the critical period of global educational transformation towards intelligence, Jianxing Honors College of Zhejiang University of Technology is committed to promoting new models for cultivating top-notch innovative talents. With the objectives of stimulating undergraduate academic creativity, facilitating cross-border scholarly dialogue, and exploring interdisciplinary advancements in the contemporary technological era,The 11th Jianxing Undergraduate Academic Forum of Zhejiang University of Technology and The First Jianxing Cup International UndergraduateInnovation Academic Competition are scheduled to be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025. This second announcement formally extends an invitation to undergraduate scholars worldwide to participate in this prestigious intellectual exchange.
I. Themes:
According to the subject categories, the forum's themes are divided into six categories: Mathematics, Physics, and Electronic Information Science; Biological and Chemical Engineering; Mechanical and Structural Engineering; Architectural Design and Art; Economics and Management Science; Humanities, History, and Philosophy.
II. Submission Requirements:
1. Academic Integrity Requirements: All submissions must constitute unpublished original research, absent from prior publication in journals, conferences, or digital platforms.Strict adherence to academic ethics is mandated; plagiarism, fabrication, or misappropriation of intellectual property will result in immediate disqualification.
2. Format Specifications: Papers written in English should include the title, the author's name, the author's institution, an abstract, keywords, the main text, references, and a brief author biography. The paper should not exceed 10 pages. Please refer to [Attachment 2] for the format guidelines.
3. Submission Method: This year's forum will only accept electronic submissions. Interested participants should send their papers (in PDF formats), and the 11th Zhejiang University of Technology 'Jianxing' Undergraduate Academic Forum Submission Recommendation Form (signed by both the student and their advisor), to the email address [lcc1004@zjut.edu.cn]. The email subject should be formatted as Jianxing Cup International Conference Submission - Name - University - Paper Title (XXX Theme).
III. Critical Dates:
1. Paper Submission: 15th June, 2025
2. Participant Registration: 4th July, 2025
3. Forum Commencement: 5th July, 2025
IV. Accolades & Recognition
To incentivize academic excellence, the forum will confer awards through a rigorous peer-review process:
1. Grand Prize (1 recipient) : Monetary Award: ¥3,000 RMB & Certificate of Excellence
2. First Prize (2 recipients) : Monetary Award: ¥2,000 RMB & Certificate of Excellence
3. Second Prize (3 recipients) : Monetary Award: ¥1,000 RMB & Certificate of Excellence
4. Third Prize (5 recipients) : Monetary Award: ¥500 RMB & Certificate of Excellence
5. Outstanding Awards (several winners) : Certificate of Excellence
Note: All award-winning papers will be formally recognized in writing, with dual certificates issued to authors and academic supervisors. Distinguished manuscripts shall be compiled into an anthology. Jianxing Honors College participants are eligible for Guangya Scholarship credit accreditation.
V. Important Notes:
Participants are responsible for their own accommodation and travel expenses. The conference will not provide airport transfers.
